Strength:

Power Snatch + Overhead Squat 8 x 2(1+1)
*Power Snatch the weight then overhead squat the weight. Drop the weight and do another rep of power snatch + overhead squat. 2 reps of 1+1 constitutes one set. You can work up to a heavy set or do sets across.
 
135lb for all sets, working on footwork.  Felt pretty good.

Muscle-Up practice:  7x5 Strict with slight foot assist

Conditioning:

Five rounds for time of:
45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees
11:22  PR!
