Back Squat:
225x7, 225x6, 225x5

Five rounds for time of:
40 pound Dumbbells split clean, 15 reps
21 Pull-ups
DNF! (did first 2 rounds, hands started to tear.  Didn't want to tear 8 days before Open.  Finished rest of Split Cleans, full lunge every rep.)

250 Double Unders
