Workout:
Muscle-Up Practice:  Worked on getting 2 in a row but couldn't quite get it.  Very frustrating!  Then did 3x2 muscle-up negatives (only got 1 on 3rd set)

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups
5 Rounds

5 Rounds of...
5 Burpees
10 Pushups (hand release)
15 Squats
