50 Back Extensions
50 Sit-ups (GHD)
34:05  (Felt like shit through this workout.  No energy.   I pushed as hard as I could but couldn't get my body to move any faster.  I felt like I was running with a 50lb weight vest on!  That's what I get for eating wings from Chips Deli yesterday!)
Still a PR, but not one to be excited about.
