800m Run
15ft rope climb 5 ascends
50 pushups
around 45min. (my watch stopped about half way through)
Only did 3 rounds due to time constraints
Rope climbs sucked.  didn't reach the top once.  forced myself to do 4 pulls for each "climb"

"Morrison"
50-40-30-20 and 10 rep rounds of:
Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Box jump, 24 inch box
Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
Did not time... Probably around 40min.
