I ate my first non-organic meal last night. 20 Chicken Wings from Chips Deli! They were delicious, but I feel like SHIT today. I am tired and in a daze. I have no motivation to work out today and just feel lazy. No more wings for me before a workout day.

  • 3 Chicken Thighs (Free Range Organic)
  • 1lb Broccoli
  • 4 Cups Mixed Vegetables
  • 5 Slices Bacon (Uncured)
  • 1cup stock (made from marrow bones, onions, scallions, garlic, carrots, parsley, bay leaves)
  • .25lb Ground Beef (Grass Fed Organic)
