  • 1 Cup Kale (Organic)
  • .5lb Mushrooms
  • 3 Eggs (Free Range Organic)
  • 3 Chicken Thighs (Free Range Organic)
  • 1cup stock (made from marrow bones, onions, scallions, garlic, parsley, bay leaves)
  • 8oz. Beef Steak (Grass Fed Organic)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
120 pound Overhead squat, 30 reps
10 Muscle-ups
- 60 bar-facing burpees, 18 OHS (I didn't get to the muscle-ups. I have never done a muscle up.)
